Pieter Paul Rubens, also known in Italy as Pietro Paolo Rubens, was a Flemish painter. Rubens mixed classical lines with the baroque ones of pomp and decorative beauties and a background of realism that is the setting for the transfiguration of the senses.

Fausto Melotti was an Italian sculptor, painter, musician and aphorist. In 1928 he enrolled at the Brera Academy in Milan, where he was a pupil of Adolfo Wildt, together with Lucio Fontana, with whom he formed a long association. In 1932 he accepted the assignment from the Craft School of Cantù for a course in modern plastic.

Nicanor Pinõle is an artist born in Spain in 1878 and died in 1978. His works have been auctioned 372 times, mainly in the Drawing-Watercolor category. Taddeo di Bartolo was an Italian painter of the Sienese school. A very prolific artist, he was also active in San Gimignano, where in the counter-façade of the Collegiate Church and on the adjacent walls he painted a Last Judgment, in Volterra, in Orte.
